Albion Place is a modern detached house which is centrally located. Parking is off-road on small driveway with secure, lockable parking posts. The house is modern throughout and spacious. The hall way is spacious, leading to the lounge/kitchen/dining area open plan. The rear doors open up the rear of the house completely onto small patio area, which is great in Summer. All cooking utensils provided. There is a cooker and hob, microwave oven and toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer etc provided. A guest hospitality welcome pack is included. There are 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one double bed and bedroom 2 has one double bed and one single bed. The rooms are bright and airy with skylight windows and blackout blinds in bedrooms. There is plenty of cupboard storage space for luggage outside bedrooms. Family bathroom is spacious and tastefully decorated.
