The flat is in a UNISCO protected Victorian building just in the heart of Edinburgh’s historical Royal Mile. The location of the apartment gives you the advantage of being right in the heart of the Old Town within minutes of walk of landmarks including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. The entrance is through a close and neither bedroom faces onto the High Street, meaning they are very quiet despite the terrific location. The apartment has 2 fabulous bedrooms each featuring a double bed, wardrobe, storage and two bedside tables each, so there’s plenty of space for all your things.

The bathroom has recently been refurbished and is looking stunning, as you can see from the pictures. The Italian made kitchen comes fully equipped, providing you with all the utensils you need should you be planning to cook. The living area has a big comfortable corner sofa (which can be used as a bed for extra guests), 60” curved Smart TV, dining table and chairs and the same solid oak flooring which runs through the kitchen area.

I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests.

In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free WiFi and full gas central heating. There is free parking on the street outside all day Sunday and after 6pm Monday to Saturday.
