WYNG Gardens (Trinity Hall), Cambridge

Dear Madam, Sir, we were very glad to stay at WYNG Garden, Trinity Hall at Cambridge. The room, recently refurbished and perfectly clean, fitted an easy visit of Cambridge city center and its many places. The only negative point is that it is not possible to open the window and, due to the exposition of the room to the South and sunny days, the temperature within the room was very high, even at night. The fan to our use was insufficient to decrease temperature which remained to sleep quietly

Really welcoming gentleman who received us when we arrived. Room was comfy, though we are used to a king sized bed, so felt snug but fine. Lovely shower and all toiletries, including conditioner which is a first, and much appreciated. The room was warm and we did have to have the window open but was not too noisy. We used the small garden in the evening for a nightcap and it was very pleasant. Perfect situation right near St Johns and the main bridge over the Cam. Lovely stay

Best value accommodation in central Cambridge! Service was excellent, porters are friendly and helpful, they even let me sneak a bottle of wine to chill in the fridge in the communal kitchen. The room was clean and tidy, well laid out and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay before and after a wedding at nearby Jesus College. Very convenient for walking into the centre for breakfast each day. I will definitely book again and recommend to others! Thanks a million.

The location of the place is perfect near the city center and near a beautiful park for walks. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately didn't include breakfast. The other problem we faced when we arrived late at night was that we could n t find the porter at the porter's lodge to give us th ekey. That was frustrating , going around the buulding. Fortunately a porter from Trinity College called the porter at the WYNG GARDENS and every thing was settled.

The room provided great value for money & was centrally located all great positives, will definitely use again. My only slight negative was that the water in the room was not replaced so we ended up buying some (I appreciate this may not be included in the price and happy to be corrected). One suggestion re registration when we arrive, the door sign which asks to press AO on arrival is quite small and for those of us with not that great eyesight it was hard to read.

We had a great experience staying at WYNG gardens. The staff on the front desk were really helpful and the room itself had everything we needed. Loads of storage and tea/coffee facilities and toiletries. It felt like a hotel room. It wasn’t fancy but it was functional and spotlessly clean which was exactly what we needed, and at a great price too. Our only issue was that the shower head didn’t stay in place, which is a tiny thing. We would definitely stay here again.
