International House is located to the north of the Melbourne CBD and The University of Melbourne, at 241 Royal Parade Parkville between Macarthur Road and Leonard Street.  opposite Princes Park, near Royal Park.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

International House can be reached by catching the northbound number 19 tram along Elizabeth St towards North Coburg and alighting at Stop 15.

This is right outside a large white archway leading to our front door.

Further information may be obtained by telephoning 131638 or enquiring at any railway station.

When travelling into the city, the number 19 tram takes 15 -20 minutes to reach Flinders Street Station.

It is a short 10 minute walk to the University of Melbourne Campus.

AFTER HOURS ARRIVAL

If your arrival is not between the hours of 8.30am – 6pm, or you arrive on a weekend, the Duty Tutor will meet you and show you to your room.

Please contact the Duty Tutor on arrival. Use the free phone located inside the main door which is unlocked and call the internal extension number 731.

Please note that guests who plan to arrive after 10.30pm and before 8.30am, need to make special arrangements with the Guest and Conference Coordinator, as these times are outside our check in hours.

We do not accept arrivals between the hours of 10.30pm and 7.00am.
