Panoramica

Il Murdoch University Village offre una gamma di appartamenti indipendenti da cinque a otto camere da letto con angolo cottura, situati nel campus della Murdoch University. Il North Village è stato inaugurato nel 2009 e gli appartamenti sono disposti attorno a diversi cortili moderni e paesaggistici e presentano arredi di alta qualità e spazi abitativi open space.

Le tessere elettroniche magnetiche consentono un accesso rapido e semplice alla vostra camera e ai servizi del Village, garantendo al contempo la sicurezza 24 ore su 24.

Il Murdoch University Village si trova nel sobborgo di Murdoch, accanto al Murdoch Hospital e a breve distanza da Fremantle. Il Village dista solo 15 minuti di taxi dalle attrazioni del centro di Perth ed è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Per chi è in cerca di un po' di sole, alcune delle spiagge più famose di Perth sono facilmente raggiungibili in autobus.

Catering - catering can be organised for conferences, events and group bookings. Please contact us for more information.

Communal kitchen - the communal kitchen is the perfect location for whipping up meals. The kitchen contains a large fridge, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and basic cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.

The Village’s modern design takes environmental sustainability to a new level, with benchmark features such as grey water recycling in laundries, natural lighting, solar hot water panels and cross ventilation in rooms (keeping apartments cool without the need for air conditioning).

Internet - high-speed Internet connectivity is available in each bedroom and can be purchased after check-in. Charges apply - please enquire at check-in.

Parking - free parking is available, please see reception to organise a permit

Pool lounge - the pool lounge features a pool table, game consoles and flat screen plasma TV with Foxtel. The lounge is accessible 24 hours a day with your electronic swipe card and can be booked for private events.

Recreation room - the recreation room located at the rear of the grounds includes a beach volleyball and basketball court. Also available are BBQs and a stereo system.

Seminar room – this room is equipped with a data projector and screen, and is great for small meetings and group gatherings.

On arrival please report to reception. Once you arrive at the village, look for a sign "adminstration 32" and follow the footpath to building 32.  If you arrive after hours please use the phone outside building 32 to call the RA on duty by dialling 6555.

Early check-in and late check-out is available if prior notice is given and subject to availability. Please make a note in the additional information section of the booking form.

How to find us

Murdoch University Village is located in the suburb of Murdoch and easily accessible by public transport.  A 30 minute taxi is the best form of transport from Perth Airport. Click here for an additional map.

Buses leave from Murdoch train station regularly during the day. Bus numbers 98, 206, 207, 850 and 851 all leave Murdoch train station and run along Discovery Drive to the University and the village

Trains from Murdoch to the city run regularly throughout the day. A trip to the city is only 15 minutes on the train.

All guests are expected to abide by the village rules. These are also available at Reception upon check-in.
