The flat is in the basement of a beautiful Georgian house, with double entrance access. The basement flat has been recently updated with a modern, fresh decor.
The flat is deep cleaned and sanitised to the highest possible standards between every booking, and mid-stay for longer bookings.
The flat has two private entrances which enters directly into the hallway. The first bedroom welcomed with a chilled bottle of Prosecco has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers and a TV (Freeview & Internet enabled). The second bedroom can occupy as either two single beds or a king-sized bed. From the bedrooms, located close by is the bathroom and utility/storage area. You will then enter a light and spacious central space with a large comfy sofa bed, TV and all the amenities you require. Leading off from this space is our kitchen/diner with access to the private courtyard.
The kitchen/diner is brand new, well-equipped with fridge-freezer compartment, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen ware and quality toaster, kettle and microwave. You will also find freshly squeezed juice, milk and a number fresh ingredients to whip up a meal.
From the kitchen/diner there is access to a private courtyard - perfect for a sunny breakfast or evening meal.
The flat is centrally heated and warm, with plenty of ventilation when required.
