The Kicking Dickey is a warm and friendly pub; a home from home for its regulars and visitors alike. Situated on the edge of the charming town of Dunmow, it is approximately 8 miles from Stansted Airport, 13 miles from Chelmsford and 9 miles from Braintree, Essex.
We have three self-contained en suite rooms to let. Our rooms provide all the basic comforts for a satisfying rest, including tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, and en-suite showers. Accommodation is priced at £50 for a Single, £60 for a Twin. Free Wifi is available in the bar area, unfortunately it is not always available in the rooms. Our check in/ check out is now contactless. To the side and rear of the pub we have a beer garden with a feature well, which provides the perfect place to catch the sun or a bit of shade.
