Welcome to salmon fishing at Ry laksefiske in Orkla, Norway
Ry Laksefiske & Gjestegård is currently run by the hostess Mari Stene-Ry. She has taken over the baton from her parents, Margit and Sivert, who ran the place for many years. Previously, the farm also kept cattle in addition to offering salmon fishing. Today, the barn is empty of animals and has been converted for other purposes.
Enjoy a full week of salmon fishing with accommodation for up to 10 anglers. Stay in an authentic, historic Trønderlån built in 1852, offering simple comfort with 10 beds across 5 double rooms and a sleeping alcove. Shared bathrooms and toilets are available in the main building, plus two additional bathrooms and one toilet in the converted farm building. Fish a 4,800-metre stretch of river from one side. Mari will show you the fishing spots and your accommodation for the week. Meals can be pre-ordered by contacting Mari in advance
