With the rules and guidelines changing constantly we highly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance - we've had a little look and these are available from approximately £20. Should a full lockdown be announced that requires Westpoint to close then this is a 'force majeure' event. Rebooking or refunds will be offered.
Please note that Apartment 2 and the Studio can be booked Friday - Friday, Monday-Friday and Friday to Monday during the Summer holidays all the rest are Saturday - Saturday.

We are a family owned business with seven holiday lets all in one place and we live here too!
So not only are we here to help you should you need it but, after seven years at Westpoint we have a lot of experience and local knowledge to help you have the best time.
To top it off we are on the South West Coast Path directly opposite West Beach, West Bay on the iconic Jurassic Coast. Literally steps from the sea!
We believe that our apartments have three important factors that ensure you have a great holiday: Location, cleanliness and we're here to fix/help/advise should you need us.
We have a fabulous onsite cafe - West Beach Cafe Bar that is open all year.
Each apartment has a FREE designated parking space.
We have a small number of dog friendly apartments.
We have three one bedroom apartments and four two bedroom apartments.
West Beach Cafe Bar is situated onsite!
The estate is not disabled friendly due to the sea defences.
DOGS:
We cannot accept pets in The Studio, Apartment 1, 2 or 3.
We can accept pets in Apartment 5, 6 and 7.
If you wish to bring your beloved pooch please let us know in advance.
Families and groups are welcome.
