The Residence Univers Studio is located a stone's throw from the University Campus of Doua, near the Parc de la Tête d'Or and the city center of Lyon. It offers fully furnished modern accommodation, decorated with care in a quiet residence overlooking a green private park. All the studios are equipped with a single bed, a desk, a table, chairs and simple functional storage space, and they also include a kitchenette and private bathroom.
The residence is just a few meters away from the tram station T1 at the INSA-Einstein stop, which connects the IUT Fessines station to the Perrache station (metro A, Tram T2, Gare SNCF) via Charpennes station (metro B and A, Tram T4). It also covers the Part Dieu stations (metro line B, Gare SNCF, Rhône-express - airport shuttle), Perrache (metro line A, tram T2 station SCNF)
The minimum stay is 6 months. The rent is reduced for the months of July and August. If your rental starts on July 1st or August 1st, the minimum stay is 7 months and 8 months respectively.
