Wadham College, Oxford

I visited Oxford for my reunion with a friend who hadn't been there, so I wanted her to have as much and as authentic Oxford experience as possible. Hence, we chose college accommodation. Wadham was amazing with its spectacular historic buildings, beautiful quads and minimalistic, yet comfortable and well-thought rooms. The breakfast was better than in many hotels and the fact that we were having it in an impressive historic hall made it really special. And the staff was really nice and helpful.

Staff were amazing. They were so helpful and informative. From the Porter to the cleaners, to the dining room staff- everyone couldn't have been more accommodating. The Porters took my bags up to my room since I had an injury and it was challenging to carry them. They gave me directions, helped me call a taxi, helped me with the laundry facility and so much more. It was really a great experience from start to finish. Wadham College is a 10 out of 10 recommend!

My sister and I stayed at Wadham College for a weekend. We both really enjoyed the stay. It was a wonderful experience to stay in a college and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the showers hot - we couldn't have asked for anything more. We look forward to staying in college accommodation again.

Our stay at Wadham was excellent. The staff were welcoming, the college beautiful and the room large and comfortable. My only complaint was that the light to the bathroom turned on by motion censor, which meant that when I got up to use the bathroom at night, my wife was woken up by the light as the door to the bedroom was next to the bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Wadham College and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only comment is that my room was on the ground floor, facing a busy street and consequently it was a little noisy. I would definitely use University Rooms to book another stay at Wadham College.

I had an excellent experience staying at Wadham College. The room was very comfortable, the location was convenient to all the places I needed to go, and the service was excellent. I greatly enjoyed the breakfasts in the hall. I hope to stay at Wadham again on a future visit to Oxford.
