Überblick

International House ist ein Wohnheim der Universität Sydney. Während des akademischen Jahres beherbergt es 200 Studierende aus Australien und vielen anderen Ländern weltweit. Im Herzen Sydneys, auf dem Hauptcampus der Universität gelegen, ist International House die ideale Unterkunft für alle, die Sydney zu Studien-, Freizeit- oder anderen Zwecken besuchen.

Eine Unterkunft im International House ist während der Semesterferien sowie während des Semesters je nach Zimmerverfügbarkeit möglich. Die Sommerferien beginnen in der Regel Anfang Dezember und enden in der dritten Februarwoche.

Das International House liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der pulsierenden Vororte Newtown und Glebe, wo Sie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Pubs, Geschäften, Kinos und Theatern finden. Genießen Sie die günstige Lage, die Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Stadtblick, die Innenhöfe, Lese- und Fernsehräume sowie die Sportanlagen auf dem Campus oder in der Nähe. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in der Nähe des Wohnheims.

The main entrance of International House is located on City Road, next to the Seymour Theatre. The House has security doors and offers a secure environment. The main entrance to the House has an external phone that is used to contact a staff member during business hours or the Senior Resident on duty after hours or on weekends for access and check-in.

Access from Sydney Airport: guests can arrange to use the shuttle bus service or take a taxi. Alternatively, you can catch the train from the Airport to Central Railway Station and then catch a bus or taxi to International House.

Access from other areas: a number of bus services from the city or other areas stop near International House.
