It was a really nice stay in the meadow building. Staying in the old university buildings and eating breakfast in the great hall was the best. The room had simple and modern furnitures with all we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. Christ Church, Oxford

Only had continental breakfast so can't really comment on food but it was fine. I didn't realise room wasn't ensuitd but my fault for not checking/asking. Not an issue. Very peaceful and friendly. Would return. So close to town centre + parking! Wycliffe Hall, Oxford

The porters were helpful. Breakfast very good and surroundings of the college excellent. Room was a bit bare, dated and slightly drab. Everything else fine. Convenient location for supermarket, university and bus stops to London. Magdalen College, Oxford

The booking and service by the porters was excellent as was the experience of having breakfast in the dining room. The rooms were fine but too warm. It was difficult to get them cool enough with just one fan. 117 St Aldates Building (Christ Church), Oxford

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is incredibly helpful. The location is perfect for London holidays. We will always try to stay here while in London! Prince's Gardens, Hyde Park, London

It was all fine. Blundell Court is not the best building in Cambridge but its location is excellent and the rest of the college is beautiful. Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge
