The accommodation has been inaugurated in 2004.

Restauration et Boissons

A continental breakfast is included in the price for the single and double/twin ensuite rooms. There are also vending machines onsite.

All the apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen to prepare the meals with: electric cooker, oven, fridge and freezer.

In the surrounding area of the accommodation there are many restaurants and pizzeria.

Espaces verts et alentours

Just behind the residence there is a new park that extends until the old Innocenti factory, where the Lambretta was born in the ’50s. The park offers a children playground, a pleasant nature trail, a basketball and a football court.

Only 20 minutes away you can also reach the big Lambro Park, a green lung in Milan’s suburbs. It offers trim trails, children’s playground and small bars where refreshing.
