概述

This three-bedroom property is comprised of two double bedrooms and one single room. Each room is fitted with comfortable mattress and fresh cotton sheets. Guests are welcome to use the modern fitted kitchen, lounge area and garden spaces. The bathroom is shared. All spaces are cleaned regularly by professional cleaning company.

The whole house has been newly done up with new kitchen/ bathroom, flooring. Plenty of storage space available. In addition to the bathroom located on the first floor, there is a small toilet fitted on the ground floor. The flat is located with 10 min walking distance from Tolworth station.

As always a fantastic facility. Really glad that KU has this. Makes my life so much easier than it would otherwise be. It would be very difficult to work at KU without this important resource. Thank you to all those involved.

The room and facilities, and service are superb. However, the fire alarm keep bleeping and it can keep people awake and is really annoying if you want to relax in the sitting room
