CHILDREN POLICY; Minors under the age of 16 can only stay in the College if accompanied by an adult in the room that they are staying in. The adult must be a parent or a legal guardian of the same sex.
Children between 16 and 18 years old cannot share a bed and should stay in a single or twin (two separate beds) room, provided that their guardians are also staying on site.
If there are children on your booking and it is not clear who the parent/guardian is, you may be asked to provide proof of passport along with a letter of consent in order for the booking to be confirmed.
Failure to follow this policy when making your booking could result in your booking being cancelled.
Please be aware that all guests staying at Gonville & Caius College Cambridge will be asked to fill out a guest form. Nationals outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Commonwealth, are kindly requested to provide a valid passport and details of their next destination. This is a legal requirement and failure to complete the form presented during the check-in process will result in being refused accommodation.
