Situated approximately 10mn walk away from King's Cross St Pancras station in a quiet street at the back of a park, Frances Gardner House welcomes you. This newly built residences (completed in 2004) provides clean and affordable accommodation in en-suite bedrooms in clustered flats of five to eight single bedrooms, all with their own kitchen / dining area.

The Dickens House Museum and the British Library are only a few minutes walk from the residence and St Paul Cathedral is a short bus ride away. Museums and art galleries are also on the doorstep.

We apologise but we have neither parking nor luggage storage facilities available on site.

We unfortunately are unable to accommodate guests under 16. Underage guests have to be accompanied by an adult.

The easiest way to find us is by public transport. If taking the underground, exit at King's Cross St Pancras. Ideally you should take the Euston Road South side exit but the exits have no number at King's Cross. Walk on Gray's Inn Road past Eastman Dental Hospital and the park and turn left on Wren Street and left again on Langton Close.

The other nearby underground stops (10mn walk each from the residence) are Russel Square and Chancery Lane.
