Kolpinghaus Wien-Zentral is in a primary location in the heart of Vienna, between the famous Viennese “Naschmarkt” and the modern “MuseumsQuartier”. With the glistening and colourful facade of the house, designed by the famous artist Karl Korab, the exterior is not only impressive but the hospitality is of an equally high standard. The most famous sights of Vienna’s inner city can be easily reached by foot; all others by public transport.
All rooms are modern, comfortable and incorporate a shower, WC, SAT-TV, telephone and radio alarm clock. Most of the rooms have got Internet access available and some of them are facing the inner courtyard.
The hotel is considered to be freely accessible for handicapped people; nine of the rooms are especially designed for wheelchair users, including flexible and wheelchair-compatible beds and emergency call devices beside the beds and in the wet area.
Furthermore the house incorporates 65 car parking slots in a multi-storey car park, conference rooms, a chapel as well as a spacious breakfast room with terrace. Bicycle parking spaces are available free of charge.
