All studios and apartments have their own kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot plates, dishes and utensils.

Several shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk. Vending machines are available supplying hot drinks on the premises.

One child under 2 years of age stays free of charge when using the existing bedding. A baby cot is also available free of charge, please add this option at the time of your booking. An extra bed may be added to the apartment for an additional charge of €10 and is suitable for children aged 2 years+ and adults. Please add this option at the time of your booking.

Pets (up to 5 kg - except exotic animals) are allowed in the property on request and free of charge.

Common rooms such as a breakfast room and a computer room are at your disposal 24 hours a day.

The residence has 24 hours video surveillance and free parking is available at the front of the residence.

A laundromat is available free of charge but you need to bring your own washing powder.
