Formerly home of Frances Shand Kydd, this Georgian home has been visited by Diana, Princess of Wales and her sons, Princes William and Harry.
Falkland is in Central Fife, within 40 minutes of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee, and within 30 miles of more than 50 golf courses.
Ideal for large families and groups, the house sleeps up to 12 adults and 2 children in 6 bedrooms; there are 3 en-suite rooms and 2 family bathrooms. There is a dining kitchen with AGA, a light and airy conservatory, a comfortable Drawing Room with dual aspect and open fire, a TV room, and a Dining Room to seat 12.
There is plenty of outdoor space, with a sunny terrace, south and west-facing, an acre of walled garden with trampoline and swings for the kids.
