In order to maintain the high standard of the property and in respect to our neighbours, we operate a strict ‘no party’ policy. We take a £200 security deposit which is returned on the day of check out as long as there is no major damage, excessive mess and security services are not employed during your stay.
We cannot accept bookings without a valid ID matching the booking name.
