A buffet breakfast is served from 7.00am-10.30pm midweek and 8.30am-11.00am on weekends and public holidays. Please note Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not bookable through Speedybooker but only directly. Breakfast is 3.50€ IVA included, only available directly at the hotel.

Lunch is available at an additional cost from 1.00pm-4.00pm midweek and 1.30pm-4.00pm on weekends and public holidays. Dinner is available at an additional cost from 8.30pm-11.00pm midweek and 9.00pm-11.00pm on weekends and public holidays.

Self catering kitchens are located on each floor, where guests can prepare their own meals. These are cleaned regularly and are open to guests 24 hours a day. In various locations of the building you will also find a choice of vending machines supplying drinks and snacks.

The residence has an open-air terrace with tables and chairs and an adjoining vending machine area - an ideal place to relax and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city with a refreshment.

The building is surrounded by parkland, belonging to the Polytechnic University of Valencia, located next to the university's sports grounds.

Playa de la Malvarrosa beach is only a 10 minute walk with a beautiful 3km (1.5 mile) seaside promenade.

The residence offers many communal areas, including gym and activities room, study rooms, music room, games room, TV room with an overhead projector, vending machines next to the open-air terrace, photo lab, conference rooms, fully equipped kitchens on every floor and free Wi-Fi access from every point in the building. A barber and beauty salon is also located on the residence for guests use.

An additional bed can be added only in the Double and Single room. Not applicable for triple rooms. The price of this is 20.00€ per bed per night. In order to add this to your booking, please note that you will require an additional bed for the duration of your stay in the additional information section of the booking form. This is payable upon arrival at the residence.
