Oversikt

Goldsmid House ligger i hjertet av sentrale London, nær Victoria Station, og bare en kort spasertur fra Green Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, St. James Park, St. James Palace, Hyde Park og mange flere kjente attraksjoner. Goldsmid House tilbyr rimelig sommerinnkvartering i enkeltrom med eget bad fra slutten av juni til begynnelsen av september. Rommene leies kun ut i 1., 2. og 3. etasje.

Hver etasje har et stort kjøkken som deles med opptil syv andre gjester - Begrenset antall kokemuligheter/redskaper tilgjengelig - vannkoker, brødristere og mikrobølgeovner. Goldsmid House er delt inn i to bygninger rundt et eksternt podiumområde.

Det finnes mange barer, kafeer, restauranter og supermarkeder i nærheten.

Merk: På grunn av byggematerialene til Goldsmid House kan noen soverom ha dårlig mobildekning.

Mat og Drikke

Goldsmid House offers the use of communal kitchens. Goldsmid residence has refrigerators, freezers, toasters, kettles and microwaves, as well as basic crockery, cutlery and utensils. Many restaurants are within walking distance.


Kitchens are cleaned frequently (at least once weekly). Guests are responsible for cleaning and tidying. Kitchens and communal rooms can be used between 07:00hrs and 22:00hrs daily, please observe silence after 11 pm at night not to cause disturbance to other guests.

Begrunnelse og hager

There is an external podium area between the two blocks of Goldsmid House. Green Park and St. James Park are within walking distance.

Andre fasiliteter

All bedrooms have WiFi.  There is no smoking inside any UCL building. Smoking is permitted in courtyards with consideration for other guests This has laundry facilities available. There is lift access to all rooms.

An ironing board is available in each kitchen and iron may be borrowed from reception. 

There are window restrictors on all windows for H&S reasons. There is no AC on site.

Have stayed here a number of times over the last few years, always found staff helpful and friendly. The accommodation is clean and safe, very Central for visiting London . If was to be picky this year, not enough cupos bowls and spoons on the floor I was on. And the mattress probably was due to be changed as it had no spring in it. But it was clean. Rooms very comfortable, would and have recommended it to other and I will be back to stay there next summer again. Thanks you

The ensuite room was very clean and quiet as it overlooked a courtyard. Although bathroom was small, it was clean and you were provided with towels and toiletries. There was a kitchen to use with some crockery which was nice. Reception staff were helpful and even brought me to the room on arrival. Very close to Victoria Station so great for train or coach to Gatwick. Would stay again!

Safe, clean, basic . Good area for Single female traveller. Can get very hot as you cannot open windows entirely. Bring headlight for reading in bed as there is no lamp near the bed. Very nice and helpful staff. Would 100% recommend.

Nearest Underground Stations: Victoria (Circle, District, Victoria and Overground Lines) - 0.2 miles/0.4 kilometres.

From Victoria Station, turn right into Wilton Road.  When you reach Gillingham Street, turn right, and Goldsmid House is on the right hand side.There is no parking at Goldsmid House. Guests may store their luggage for a short while, subject to availability.
