House built in 1901 beautiful Victorian with four letting rooms.Arts & crafts decor throught to reflect the property style.Original stained glass entrance door.

 Coming from north or south M6 junction 40 at Penrith,Keswick is 16 miles west.Then first exit to Keswick & the B&B is before the T junction on the right.

Coming from south lakes follow the 591 to Keswick & turn right at the T junction for M6 Penrith & the B&B is on the left 200 yrds away.

Please forward your arrival time with in the 4 pm till 8 pm slot.You will be greated by Sharon.
