Dolserau Hall was built in 1863 and still retains many original features such as open fires and Victorian architectural features.

Full English/Welsh breakfast served in the newly refurbished Bistro Room. Enjoy morning coffee, lunch, light snacks or afternoon tea which include a selection of homemade cakes and pastries, which is free of charge if eating dinner at the hotel. In the warmer months eat al fresco taking in the spectacular views of the Cader Idris range and countryside. 

Relax in the bar with a pre-post dinner drink before sampling the AA Rosette award restaurant food. With a daily changing menu which includes Welsh Mountain lamb and Welsh Black Beef, game and fresh fish which are all sourced locally. Main course options always include a vegetarian dish and special dietary requirements are easily accommodated. Desserts are freshly made and include traditional Welsh and British puddings.

The hotel can provide hampers for you to enjoy in the 5 acres of Dolserau Hall grounds or take to a favourite spot in the surrounding Welsh Hills. You could layout your picnic by the natural pond, on the Cader View banks, on the meadow terrace or in the walled garden.
