Historie

Opened in April 2010 after an 18-month refurbishment. The awards have been rolling in ever since.

Arbor is a Two AA Rosette Restaurant. The menus are seasonal to ensure the chef use the best of what is local and sustainable.

The restaurant is open all day and the Green House bar serves pastries and snacks from 10 am – 10 pm, 

Lunch is served from 12:30 pm to 2 pm. For dinner, Arbor features the seasonal A la Carte menu, which commences at 7 pm.

Andy Hilton leads the kitchen and is passionate about sourcing both classic and new ingredients straight from the farm and fresh off the sea.

The Green House is a urban hotel set in the leafy East Cliff of Bournemouth.  The Green House is surrounded by trees and has a beautiful eco garden at the front of the hotel with a terrace that was built in 2018.  Spend an hour or two with the house favourite cocktail The Green House Botanical in hand watching the squirrels scamper around or dine under the outdoor umbrella in the shade from the terrace menu.  The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the hotel can prepare picnic's for you to take with you if it is sand and sea you crave.

High speed wireless fibre internet is available throughout the hotel for free.  There areTesla and Type II car charging points which are free to use for paying guests.  The Hotel have a bar within the hotel with papers and local magazines available to peruse.  A bar menu is available from 10am to 10pm.  The terrace is a new addition for the Green House and we have a terrace bar which is open on warmer days.  The Hotel also have an outdoor wood fired pizza oven attached to the Green Hut which is ideal for private dining throughout the warmer days.  The Hoteloffer private dining for up to 70 in the events room and up to 100 for an evening reception.
