Estate Requirement - Up to the end of May – ALL fish are to be returned.
Please ensure that these rules are conveyed to all rods as we will not let fishing to those who do not comply.
CATCH RETURN FORMS
Youl will be provided with a catch return form, please ensure that this form is completed and returned to the ghillie at the end of your last day.
ROD EFFORT DATA
Marine Scotland has imposed a new mandatory requirement on fisheries. Fisheries must now collect “rod effort data” for salmon fishing. Marine Scotland will use this data to determine the conservation status of rivers under the Salmon Conservation Regulations.
Please collect data where indicated on the catch return form that you will be provided with. Data should be recorded in hours per rod – even if you have a nil return for that day.
