Daily Servicing:
Our staff will attend once a day to check & replenish beverages and other consumable items. Fresh milk is provided daily for tea and coffee making as well as a selection of our teas and coffee. Staff will ‘spruce’ clean & tidy, make bed ( s ) and replace towels, flannels, tea towels if required / requested. Stays of 5 nights or longer will usually have full bedlinen changes on Day 5 and every 5 days thereafter according to our Green Policy. Guests can request more regular changes of any items.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the first day of the booking to receive a full refund. From 7 days to 2 days there is a 50 % refund. Where a booking is made within 48 hours of the start of the stay and subsequently cancelled, no refund is available.
Green Policy:
We strive to be as environmentally-friendly and aware as possible and keep waste and unnecessary chemicals to a minimum. Any comments or suggestions from customers as to how we can improve are always welcomed, with thanks!
