The entire building was recently refurbished to celebrate University of Bologna's 900th birthday, making it the oldest university in the world.

The residence offers numerous vending machines, selling snacks, sweets and both hot and cold drinks.

There are many possibilities for those who are after a lunch or a typical Bolognese dish. There are plenty of bars and cafés, ideal for quick and inexpensive meals, as well as typical restaurants, pizzerias and taverns, all of which are only a stone's throw away from the residence.

As well as the accommodation, guests also have the option of booking a lunch at partner bar, which is situated around a 20-minute walk from the front door.

For those who are staying for longer than a week, it is possible to request a mini fridge to keep easily perishable food (please note that these mini fridges do not have a freezer compartment).

The Camplus has a courtyard. The historic park "Giardini Margherita" is a 10-minute walk away and is the best known and most visited park in the city. It has playground areas for children, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a small artificial lake.

Free Internet access, Meeting room, TV room. It is possible to ask at reception for other day-to-day utilities, such as kettle, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. For babies and small children it is possible to book a travel cot.

Car garage with 4 spaces available to guests. It is advisable to book in advance for an additional charge of €10 per night (accessing the garage would mean that you have to drive in the historic city centre and therefore guests coming by car need to have appropriate permit, which is available at the central train station)

Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and linen is replaced once a week for longer stays.
