Oversikt

Westcott House is a theological college founded in 1881. With comfortable accommodation just minutes from the centre of Cambridge, it is the ideal place to discover the bustle of the city or to experience a sense of calm within Westcott's tranquil garden.

Restaurants, shops, theatres, cinemas and museums are all a short distance from the college. Cambridge train station is a 10 minute taxi ride or 30 minute walk.

Ensuite single and double rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and access to simple kitchen facilities, which may be shared with a small number of other guests.

Westcott House is unfortunately unable to offer accessible rooms at the present time so please be aware that accommodation is not suitable for guests requiring wheelchair access or who have limited mobility.

Mat og Drikke

Westcott is currently offering room only accommodation. However, each room has access to a small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and an electric hob. This may be shared with a small number of other guests at busy times of the year. The college is situated in the centre of Cambridge and has many restaurants, bars and pubs in the surrounding area, offering guests a wide range of options.

Each room has wifi and connection details will be given to guests on arrival. 

If you arrive at the college within office hours (between 9am and 5pm) then you can leave your luggage within the reception area which is staffed all day. Likewise, after check out you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception as long as it’s collected before 5pm.

Please note; if they are departing on a Saturday or a Sunday then there will be nowhere to store your luggage as the reception area is closed.

Incredibly personable and helpful staff at Westcott house; the room itself spotless and light, perfect for our purposes. A beautiful spot, tucked away just a stone's throw from the heart of Cambridge, peaceful and quiet, a world away.

A comfortable overnight stay in a clean, good sized room with good heating and extra quilt and blanket provided on request. Friendly and welcoming service. It would be good if bodywash could be provided.

Luckily, outside term, we could pay for onsite parking, a bonus in Cambridge, then walk all over town. Very clean room, friendly reception. No breakfast but very good brunch café nearby.

Very pleasant stay. Very friendly welcome. Good size room overlooking a delightful peaceful and picturesque court. Very clean and tidy. An easy chair would have been a good addition.

Westcott House is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk from Cambridge Railway Station and there are good rail links between London airports and Cambridge. Parking in Cambridge, as with many cities, can be expensive. There are several Park and Ride car parks across the city, where it is possible to leave your car overnight in a secure localtion. The Park and Ride bus stop is a short walk away from Westcott.
